Notification not working

Dear Sir/Madam

 

The notification emails only working for Issue Created and Issue Commented with tagging. Not sure why it didn't works on other events such as issue assigned, issue resolved, etc.

Hi @Ken Loh ,

In JSM there are two notifications sections:

  1. The customer notifications
  2. The internal notifications (to your agents/team)

The one you describe are the internal notifications (I think). They are configured in the notification scheme your project usages, see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/

to see how you can configure these.

Thank you for your reply.

The configuration in internal notifications seems in order and I have used Notification Helper, I should have received those notification. Not sure why I didn't receive it.

That might have to do with your personal settings. Take a look at the section 'Get email updates for issue activity'
