Jira Service Desk Cloud
I am setting up few projects that use Gmail or Microsoft email accounts
All works with the default atlassian.net email, but I need to change that to existing email addresses
Project Settings > Email requests
Click on Google button, nothing happens
Click on Microsoft button, nothing happens
It was not working with Chrome. It does work on MS Edge.
I did not troubleshoot why it is not working on my Google Chrome yet.

This generally opens up in another tab. I just validated and it shows the same behaviour.
I would suggest checking if you have any pop-up blocker setup, which could be interfering.
Please share the feedback.
