Not receiving jira notifications to email from one month

i am using jira from 2 years with same id but from last one month it stopped sending suddenly

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I answered you on this other thread and added the reason why your email address was on the suppression list. 

Your email address was on the suppression list due to the error below:

550: 550-5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in virtual alias table 550 5.1.1 Please see http://support.mailhostbox.com/email-{hash}-{hash}/ for explanation of the problem.

I removed this bounce and the notifications should be delivered now.

Are you receiving notifications normally now?
