We are testing Jira Service Management and have created a project.
It appears that not all Emailed requests are being received.
For example - we sent x2 from our internal system emails and x2 external (protonmail/gmail) emails to a project email and the only 1 of the 4 emails arrived.
It seems intermittent as a previous internal test email came through without an issue.
Does anyone have an idea of where we could look to resolve the issue?
We just want to ensure that it is not being supressed on Atlassian's side.

I did not locate any suppressions of users on your domain. However it sounds like the problem is in regards to emails you have sent to an address you are expecting Jira Service Management to check. From Community I cannot see that level of detail about your environment or your configuration.
In this case, I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-995667
From there if you can approve data access, then perhaps someone from our support team can investigate this further to better understand what might be happening here.
