Starting March 23-24 we stopped receiving any email notifications, recovery links, verification link from JIRA or any atlassian domain.
There where no known changes in our email configuration, spam or blacklists.
Our email provider reported that there are no emails being sent in the logs.
All our emails are on dev2code.pl and the hosting we use is provided by https://www.smarthost.pl/
I will be very grateful for any help.

Checking your domain on our tools, it didn’t return any blocks or bounces.
On another tool, I checked your email address and it did return some errors. The notifications are being sent from Jira, but it’s being bounced due to the following error:
550 Your host is not allowed to connect to this server.
With this said, something on your mail server is preventing the notifications from being delivered. This type of bounce is not something we can remove on our side.
Please, ask your IT manager to whitelist our IPs and domains:
