I am trying to create a form with approvals and the user would need to select one from the user search field but they just keep seeing No User Found. They are in a group that has access to the Browser Users and Group permissions. Any idea why they still can't see users?
Hi Brad:
Your will need access your JSM project's settings as described below to fix your problem -
Project settings > Customer permissions (company-managed) or Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions (team-managed) and change the Customer sharing permission to Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

The project is in JSD. and has a different customer sharing permission as in JSM. What other ways can i go about to fix this problem?
