Not able to generate bindings in JIRA using Salesforce connector

Edited

Dear All,

I am using the ServiceRocket Salesforce connector (trial version) to connect Salesforce (sales cloud) to JIRA Core.

All settings are done and API token is also generated and is set in Salesforce.

Now the final step where in we have to generate the Bindings that I am not able to create.

I choose the JIRA project to be linked and the Connection and press "Add" button but the new binding is not generated.

Hi @Akshat Jain,

Could you please ensure you have the Administer Projects permission for the Jira project that you trying to add to the bindings?

Thanks a lot @Kevin Lew _ServiceRocket_ . Your suggestion worked.
