Hi All,

Not able to connect to Jira Database to access Jira tables getting connection failure issue

while connecting to Jira Db. Below are some details I am using

DB Details:

host : jiradbtest.si.siemens.cloud
db : JiraDb
schema : public

Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

What are you trying to do?  Is this a problem with Jira starting up and being unable to connect, or are you trying to connect a database tool so you can run SQL queries?

If it's the second, then you should stop trying.  Looking at a Jira database is the worst possible way you can do any reporting, and you can't write to it.  You should be looking at a different way to report.
