Hi Jesus,

Looking into our internal logs, it seems  the emails sent from Atlassian are re.jected by the mail server with the error:550 Previous cached callout verification failure. Sender verify failed

Please reach out to the mail server team to further look into the issue.

Below could be the two quick fixes:

  • Clear the  sender verification cache
  • Disable the sender verification callout.

Also, make sure to whitelist all the Atlassian-cloud-IP-ranges-and-domain so that the requests are not blocked by the firewalls.

Best regards,

Shwetha
