Hola
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It’s possible to prevent tickets from being edited after it’s closed by adding properties to the workflow.
This option is only available for company-managed (classic) projects.
If you are using a company-managed project, go to Project settings > Workflows and click on to edit the workflow.
Select the Diagram mode > Click on the desired status > Properties.
It’s necessary to add two properties: one for comments and another one for other fields.
Property Key = jira.issue.editable
Property Value = false
Property Key = jira.permission.comment.denied
Property Value = true
After that, publish the workflow and the changes will be applied to all tickets that use the workflow you edited.
Please, take your time to test and if you have any other questions regarding this matter, let us know.
Kind regards,
