No Work Category Feature in JSM > Project Settings > Features

I'm trying to enable Work Categories in JSM, but there is no toggle for Work Categories under Features. Does that feature have to be enabled somewhere else in order to be selectable?

Hi Steve, 

Are you using a company managed or team managed project?

I can't find any official documentation on this, but in my test environment all company managed projects have the work categories listed under features, while team managed projects do not show those options.
