I have a problem connecting to my Jira Service Management account. It has always worked well but now when I try to connect I have this message that appears.
Meaning : “It looks like your account rebecca.ducros@purina.nestle.com doesn't have access to the help center. Try contacting your administrators to grant you the required permissions.”
I log into my Atlassian account and it works. I don't understand how I can get access to JSM again. Can you help me ?

If so you can check your JSM - Customer and Agent license under user management and then the people section of the specific JSM project you're trying to access
If not an admin then you'll have to request your admin to perform the steps above.
