Hi All,
We're setting up a Service Desk for customers with a workflow to keep track of the progress.
However, customers would see all steps, including the internal statusses. But we only want to let them see certain statusses.
For instance; Complaint received moves to 'Check internally for issue' which moves to 'assign to PM' . We only want the customer to see Complaint received, and not the other two statusses.
I've not been able to find out where this can be changed in Next-Gen.
Could you help me?
