Was there an new software update last night? I cannot find any of my new tasks that were submitted today. I even tried sending myself a "test" and am unable to find that test within my account. Anyone else have this problem? I also cannot view "queues" anymore. Very frustrated right now. I know there are tasks being submitted and I cannot find them anywhere.
Hello @Kaitlin Gatti
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Atlassian is continuously rolling out updates to the Cloud applications. Not all instances get the same updates on the same day, though.
When you try to view queues, what exactly happens? Can you provide a screen image of what you see?
Have you tried using the generic issue searching (Filters menu, View All Issues option) to search for all issues create since the start of the day?
created >= startOfDay()
Does that reveal the issue that you expect to find?
Is this only for issues created in Jira Service Management projects from emails?
Yes, I have tried setting filters. I still can't see them.

Is this only for issues created in Jira Service Management projects from emails? Or is it for issues created for other projects, and/or for issues created through the UI?
Do any other users of your instance have the same problem?
