Use JIRA Mobile Application OR use whatsapp to create ticket in JIRA > All customer have direct portal access(open access) using whatsapp > user will scan QR code to fill JIRA field or to share comment on ticket > Is this can be archived using JIRA?

AFAIK, there is no built-in JSM-WhatsApp integration, but this can be achieved using additional apps. Feel free to check our docs and let me know if you need more details.
