Hi Team,
I'm new to working on the back end of Jira but I have used it as an agent before and a customer.
I am looking for the one-stop shop for how to make a Helpdesk. I want it to be calculated... so based on an answer you give to one question depends on where you go next.
For example, Health insurance. I want to be able to click into the Health insurance tile, then see "Opt in/Opt out" "Question on Health Insurance". Then when you click in "Opt in/Opt out" - it comes up with the specific questions with drop downs.
My question, has anyone else set up a helpdesk without any guidance and if so, what article/video did they find helped them the most?
Really appreciate any help here.
Kenny
