Is this a custom made app you're trying to install or one you purchased from the Atlassian Marketplace?

If it's the first I would take a look at your log files and see if there are any errors showing up.

If you've acquired the app from the marketplace I would recommend reaching out to the App Support Desk (which should be listed on the Marketplace listing of the app).
