Hi. I'm trying to setup Jira Service Management with the portal to use as an internal ticketing system for my company. After a day of youtube videos and trial and error i've made some progress but realize a professional can probably do what I'm trying to do in 1/3 the time and with no mistakes. Does anyone have any recommendations for professional services, consultants, etc. for creating a simple portal, creating the necessary fields, workflows, etc. I'd want someone to talk through our plan, make recommendations and then bring it to life.
Hi Phil,
I recommend you connect with a local partner. Here is a link to explore options- https://www.atlassian.com/partners
Thank you for the feedback. I've worked through this process and find it very tedious and expensive. I was hoping to get some feedback on positive vs negative experiences whether it was with an Atlassian approved partner or an unsponsored company. I'll continue going through the list on that website but would still ask if anyone has a company they work with that they recommend based on a positive experience.

I don’t think sharing that info in this forum is wise as we try to remain unbiased. Maybe someone would be willing to offer a private message on their experiences.
