Need help with Atlassian Intelligence

Hi Community,

We enabled the Atlassian Intelligence for JSM.

But the 'Summarize' feature looks disabled.

Can someone please suggest what could be the reason here?

Am I missing any obvious settings?

This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.

What tier are you on?

Hi @Tom Lister , This feature is working fine in Confluence but not in JSM.
I will check the tier and get back.

I think you just need to first highlight some text/content, then activate the AI menu and you should then see the option to summarize.
