We need to disable the field Vendor Name if we select the field Type of Candidate as Employee. But if we select Type of Candidate as Consultant at the time Vendor Name field need to display.

For that we need an Automation rule or some logics to get this.
There is no automation rule that could do this.
As far as I know (tbh I‘m not specialist for service management) there is the functionality of forms in servicemanagement. the fields within the form can than act dynamically according to each other.
