Hello,

can someone help me with a query in JSM to find all service requests where the “VCS SLA AdviseETA target” value is <24 hours from the issue creation date please?

Regards

Hi @Anmol Srivastava ,

Thank you for connecting on community !!

For your case you can try below JQL:

project = ABC and issuetype = XYZ and "VCS SLA AdviseETA target" <= 24H

Regards,

Deepak

Hello @Deepak Jain , thank you for the above.

Getting below error in the syntax when I have entered this:
project = VPS and issuetype = Service request and "VCS SLA AdviseETA target" <= 24H

ERROR: "Error in the JQL Query: Expecting either 'OR' or 'AND' but got 'request'. (line 1, character 63)"

What am I doing wrong here?
