Hello,
I work for a small healthcare organization that recently transitioned from Data Center to Cloud. Even though it's only been a few months since we made the switch, we're already seeing a steady stream of automatic updates and new features arriving faster than I can track.
I'm looking for advice or insights from others who have dealt with this pace of change before. How can I better manage the rollout of new features and processes in a more intentional and strategic way? Ideally, as a Jira admin, I'd like to test changes and new features prior to deployment, but realize this may not always be possible. However, for significant changes like intro of new (free) apps that integrate with Jira, which can potentially impact our already established processes, it would be nice to proactively address these. In other words, I'd like to be able to anticipate some of these changes rather than feeling like I'm constantly playing catch-up with others who are also receiving updates simultaneously.
Any advice/insights greatly appreciated!
Thank you. :)
