Hi,

Help, on Windows desktops when trying to access our work, my team members and I have been getting the following message:

"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again."

What can we do to access our work?

You haven't given us a lot to go on. Is this something that just started happening? Does it happen sometimes, or all of the time? D

Could you share a screenshot of the error message (with enough of the surrounding Jira environment, to provide context)?

The more context you provide, the more likely it is someone may be able to help.
