My colleague Lungile Motsweni is unable to access Atlassian applications.
Please advice where I can raise the issue.
We are working on very high priority deliverables and JIRA access is very much need to continue work.
Welcome to the community. You need to contact your site admins to ensure that your team member is setup correctly within the systems (i.e. assigned licenses for Jira/JSM, associated to the right users group and project role assignments etc..)
If everything is setup correctly, but your team member still not able to access the site/projects, then contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.
