Hello people.

I've some kinda error in my SLA report, it generates another Ticket SLA from different months and years. Can someone help me out?

Welcome to the community.

What is your SLA configuration looking like and what is exactly wrong.

The highlighted dates on the example issue are not related to SLA, but the date the issue was created, resolved and last updated in the Jira system.

Updated date can change even after resolving an issue, simply if you assign a new workflow used by the project.

All these dates don't impact SLA related time frames.
