My Jira Account has de-activated suddenly (Org Admin Rights)

Hi, this is a Abdullah Khan and my JIRA account (Org Admin Rights) has de-activated suddenly. I have got email from Jira support that we need more documentation e.g Your NIC, PASSPORT OR Electricity bill proof to identify your account. I have provided them the required details but it has been a week ago, I didn't the update since then.

HI @Abdullah Khan ,

Strange, not sure about asking for your passport. Is there a reason provided for de-activating the account? Is your account managed by the org, if it is, it can be activated again by another org admin.

If it's unmanaged account, then Atlassian Support are the only ones that can look into it.

Thanks for the response.

Org Admin means I have a Jira Org Admin right and I am the Owner of this Account.

Suddenly, Jira has asked about any of the above 2 documents and de-activated my account. Then I have provided them for 2 documents for verification, but I don't know why they has taken 2 weeks to verify my identity. Thant's strange.
