Multiple approvers in Jira company managed project isn't working properly

Hi,

I'm setting up a complicated workflow for business trip requests. 

We have cascade (multiple) approvers to be implemented. I'm done with assigning the appropriate users via automations (if/else conditions).

But now I'm facing an issue, when the first approver approves the issue jumps to Approved status instead of staying in Manager Approval.

See the screenshot of the workflow, maybe it helps. Please let me know what else I need to show to resolve this.

I've resolved my issue by rebuilding the workflow and setting the Approved status as In Progress instead of Done - this fixed the issue. Added a final status - done to complete the issue's logic in this workflow.

May i know why you have 3 transitions , as i know you can make it can be done easily without transition and you can configure the step with multiple user/group approvals like in the image below

Where can I find the screen you've sent me? Is it Jira Service Desk? If yes - I'm not using Jira Service Desk, that's why this complicated monstrous workflow was created, If Jira supports what you've screenshot please tell me where to find it. Thanks.
