Does anyone know how to implement multilingual surveys in order to track NPS and CSAT?
I must do so for a European B2C customer service so sending the surveys in English to everyone is not acceptable.

On Jira Service Management it’s possible to add different languages, so customers can view the portal and receive notifications in their preferred language.
Please, go to Project settings > Language support and add the desired languages.
Then, you will see the sections that need to be reviewed (it shows a yellow dot). The satisfaction survey also shows on this page for you to review and confirm the translation.
Note that, the customer will only view the portal and receive the notifications if they change the language on their profile in the customer portal (Profile picture > Profile > Language and timezone).
