Moving Tickets/Issues

How does one move a ticket/issues to another project.  We deal with several different businesses and a ticket was misguided and went to one business and not the other.  How do I fix this?

Hi @Allison Turner

As @Dan Breyen describes, you need to have the move permission on the project  the issue is on and browse, create and move on the project the issue needs to move to.

Hi Allison, if you have the proper rights, if you are viewing the ticket, you should be able to click on the ellipses (the kabob, the 3 dots) in the upper right corner.  And you should have a menu option for 'Move'.  This should pull up a form that will let you pick the proper project and Issue Type to move it to.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for the information. Much appreciated.
