How can I move a ticket to another custom queue please?

Hey @Gabriel Cassi

A queue is a filter based on issue properties (status, priority, etc..) and not like a folder/box you can add issues to or remove them from. So it depends on how you have set up the queues using available filters or a JQL statement. If you change the issue's details to match a different queue's filter, it will appear there.
