I was wondering if the HTML emailed notification that comes to the configured email address if any actions are performed by the agents side over a support ticket can be modified or not !
The modification is not a bigger one except that the name of the user and the time when the action was performed do not seem to have a considerable space between them Can be seen in the snippet .This is for the cloud version of the JSM. I had to surf through the project settings completely and could not find something related to this in the settings or somewhere until & unless I missed that.
Please help me understand if such modification of separating them is likely to be made possible.
