Is there a way to modify the notification text, which is received by email for status change? In the customer notification window there is no option to do that. I mean regarding the text which is shown in the picture.

Yes there is. In your JSM project, navigate to project settings > customer notifications. This specific notification looks like the customer-visible status changed notification.
When you click edit there, you will see a screen like this:
Under content you can modify the message that is being generated.
Don't forget to save your changes when you're done. And be aware that there are several messages for different events. So you may have to update (some of) the other messages there too.
