I utilize the mobile app somewhat frequently while on the go with my phone or ipad. Since I primarily function in Service Management there are a couple things the app lacks that would make it may more helpful:
-Sort option for queues: For me, I always keep my queue sorted by status. As the app currently sits it only sorts by newest ticket to oldest.
-Access to customer profile: Would be helpful to look up a customer profile on the mobile app while on the go.
-Access to canned responses: I has a canned response I use all the time, would have been able to close out a number of tickets while away from the computer but wasn't able to access my canned response.
Hoping this will get enough traction in the community for these enhancements to be implemented in the near future.
