We've connected the Assist app in Teams to our Help Desk in Jira, and it was working before- but we made some changes to service requests and in order to push the changes, reinstalled the app in Teams. Now, every time we try to create a ticket with Assist, it comes back with "Something went wrong, and we couldn't raise a request from this message. Please try again."

The connection works as new tickets created from the web come through the Assist app, but am still unable to raise new ones.

Hi @Ryan DePalma ,

Welcome to the Atlassian community!!

Check the workflow validator on issue creation if there is any field set as required which is added to the create issue screen.

The error appears because some fields are mandatory on issue creation.
