Microsoft Outlook for Jira add on

I have installed the "Microsoft Outlook for Jira" add on. This works in outlook, some questions:

1. If I made a ticket from an email, default I am the reporter. Is it possible that by default the email sender is the reporter?
2. Is it possible to customize the look and feel of the plug in, for me it is not so user friendly.

thank you for your questions! May I ask what app exactly you are using?

In case you are using one of yasoon's integration (e. g. Microsoft 365 for Jira) you can configure the default settings as described here: Features in Outlook (yasoon.com)
