Merge and rebrand of organizations

Hello, my company is merging with another one that has their own jira SM, software and confluence (both cloud). We already tried to succesfully export-import some projects or spaces into ours, but we will eventually also rebrand the entire organization, meaning also the change of google workspace domain which is our users directory integration. What would be the best way to do it: import the 2nd company projects (JSM, software and confluence) and then rename ours, including the URLs if this is possible. Or go to a 3rd new jira instance and migrate both the current ones into the new?
