Received error when trying to import issues from CSV file, referred to Import data from a CSV file | Atlassian Support . 

 

I've tried various things to solve this "bracket" problem in my CSV file but I keep running into this error message.

Your file is not CSV, it looks like it's still an excel binary file.

You need to save your data as CSV, and import that.
