If we follow this strategy and are able to setup the synch of the attributes from Azure into Jira User profile from manager/boss/peer:
My question is:
- We can use this attribute to set into a custom field?
Example:
My internal customer raise a ticket in the JSM portal, then this synch fills the custom field manager will be set from this parameter as a user picker, then this manager will approve some request.
Is something that's possible?
