Map a process flow in Jira.

Hello comunity,
I am new to Jira Service Desk and i wanted to know if its possible to map a company process into a WorkFlow.
For example if the Process is to Buy a new Coffee Machine we need to create in parallel separate issues assign to specific user to perform different tasks :
- Maintenance to send the old Coffee Machine to the Store.

- Procurement to ask for quotation and buy the new coffee machine.

Thanks for the response and sorry for the newbie questions.

@Nxtview -

You can create parallel issues when the main issue is moved to a specific WF status or when the main issue is created using Automation for Jira and create an automation rule.

Take a look at the following references to understand Automation for Jira rules -

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/what-are-smart-values/

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/debug-an-automation-rule/

Hope this helps.
