Many JIRA Service Desk Pending Reason screens

Hi all,

 Hopefully its a super quick answer to this one. I've been working on cleaning up my Jira instance and noticed a few JIRA Service Desk Pending Reason screens that are not associated with any workflows. You can get a bit of an idea from the screenshot


I think this is because I created a few test Service Desk projects to play around, and then deleted them, so these screens have been somehow orphaned. Is this the case? Is it ok to delete them? Cheers team!

Yes, if they are not associated with a screen scheme or workflow you can safely delete them. Also have a look at this article about other things that you can clean up after you removed a project.
