Mandatory for Customer Satisfaction

Hi Atlassian Expert,

I'd like to set a mandatory for Feedback Form Jira Service Management because the user was usually not aware of the request form that we share after the ticket status moves to "Resolve". Is it possible to do it? Or, do you have any suggestions regarding this case?
