we are evaluating to implement Insight Assetmanagement to our Jira cloud enviroment and after a research, I couldn't find an answer to my questions.
- Is there a limit of assets?
- We might need up to 10000 assets fora specific customer
- How do you manage assets of different customers?
- How do you set it up? Of course the assets of the customers should not be mixed up
- We plan to build or implement it around the Jira Service (Desk) Management
- We also need to give to a customer, permission to see all their current assets, only read-only. Of course the customer asset viewer, should not see the assets of our other customers
Also anybody knows when Insight Discovery will be available for Jira Cloud?
