As alerts are now managed in Jira service management and it is possible to set maintenance windows for the muting of integrations, we are wondering if the maintenance filters could be improved to all for the filtering of certain alerts in an integration.
The set up we have is such that we have one integration that gets sanity alerts that are generated when certain conditions occur with the system behaviour.
We are not wanting to have to create separate integrations for each location, as this would be cumbersome.
The optimised solution would be for us to have the same level of filtering that is available at the integration level such as the ignore ones where multiple criteria can be set to ignore the rule (with conditional logic), for the maintenance rules rather than just blocking off the integration completely.
This would be good if it could be implemented.
