I have the following problem.
We have installed Jira ServiceDesk. We use 3 Microsoft Active Directory (Read Only, with Local Groups) in User Directories.
The application can only be reached in the company's internal network. Now we wanted the employee to be able to create an issue externally by email. Which also works. The user is then created in the Jira Internal Directory. However, what doesn't work are emails about status changes or when a comment has been added. According to the notification helper, the user should get it.
When users create an Issue from the Active Directory everything works fine.
Is that even possible? If so, unfortunately I do not find the error.
Please help me.
