We set up a test instance in JSM and connected it to our companies Teams app for an IT support channel. Followed the steps on the website and was able to successfully create a triage team and request channel. When creating a tickets in the request channel the corresponding chat will show in the triage channel but will only push out to HALP and not to the connected Jira service queue. Not sure what we missed with the set up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
