Hey All,
We've been using Autotask for some time but only the service desk and timesheeting elements. We are looking to migrate timesheets to Xero/Workflow Max but also the Service desk out to Jira Service Mgt.
Are there any tools to automate the Autotask to Jira service management process so I can carry over historic tickets, or is it easier to start from scratch?

There wasn't a way to do it, we moved and lost all our old content (well, it's an archived database) for all intents you are starting from scratch

Thanks Mike for quick response. Did you try to export and import tickets? I think this is the most valuable part which deserve a try.
