My name is Jehan Gonsalkorale and I am a Product Manager on Jira Service Management. 

I'm looking to get some feedback on some designs that we are working on. What are we trying to solve? 

We are trying to make it possible to change the issue type of a request type. 

OK, that's an understatement. We are looking to make workflows much easier to work with. 

So, we are looking to talk to admins (particularly those that work in larger organisations) to see whether our design concepts meet your needs.
