Login error code - EX7YIL

Hi,

A user is a member of a project and when he logs in he receives an error message.
The cache has already been cleared and the error still persists. He succeeds only in incognito mode.

As your issue is not reproducing when using incognito mode, the root cause of the issue seems to be related to some configuration or extension in your browser. Please, try the steps below to properly troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Update your browser to its latest version
  2. Try to clear the browser cache and cookies one more time and restart your browser
  3. Navigate to your browser > Open your browser extensions and temporarily deactivate them.
  4. Restart your browser and check if the problem still happening. If not, reactivate your extensions one by one to know which extension is causing the issue
  5. If the problem still happening: 
    1. Check if the same problem happens in another browser
    2. Check your browser dev tools to see if any errors are returned and provide us with the error
