Lock icon not appearing to manually switch security levels

Hi,

- I have an admin account

- Users have been provided permission to switch security settings.

I have tried following the information suggested on this page, but this is not working for me: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/

What is odd is that I have a different project where the lock icon is appearing and being used fine, but for some reason it seems that I am not able to reproduce it in different projects?

What am I missing?

Thank you

For whoever stumbles on this and wonders the same thing, I have found the solution to my issue:

Add the "security level" field to your associated screens.

That solved the problem for me, I can now see the "lock" icon and change security levels manually.
