I am a admin where I have raised a linked ticket to a ticket that was raised by client , can I make that new linked ticket visible to client/customer via the service desk customer portal (where client usually check the ticket they have raised)
Because its not visible to them unless it raised via portal directly
You have to add a customer to the new issue in the'request participant' field, and then your customer can view this issue on the portal.
